2025 Arkansas State Fair Junior and Open Livestock Show Please Refer to the General & Species Handbooks for rules and updates. These can be found at arkansasstatefair.com/livestock Exhibitor Armbands can be purchased during exhibitor registration on Showorks  Please use PASSPORT when signing in to Showorks, rather than the '"exhibitor" option. Ag Mechanics will be entered using a different form that will be available at https://www.arkansasstatefair.com/livestock/ Arkansas State Fair Livestock Central Office (LOB3): Livestock Central Office is located in Cattle Barn #3. Livestock Show Management operates from the office during the Arkansas State Fair.   Section 1: Exhibitor Eligibility Open Shows are open to anyone. Junior Shows are restricted to Arkansas 4-H Club members or Arkansas FFA members in good standing at time of the Arkansas State Fair. Exhibitors must be 5 years of age and cannot have reached their 21ST birthday by October 1st. Exhibitors may not show in a Junior Show any later than the Fall after graduating from high school or receiving a GED certificate or its equivalent regardless of their age.    Section 2: Entry Requirements All livestock and poultry entries (including group and bred and owned classes) must be submitted online by Monday, September 1, 2025. Late Entries will be accepted for all livestock and poultry for additional fees for a limited time. These must be submitted online no later than Monday, September 15th which is a $50 late per exhibitor or Monday, September 29th with a $200 late fee per exhibitor. After this date, absolutely NO entries will be accepted. If you are intending on showing in the OPEN AND JUNIOR SHOWS – these entries must be done by entry deadlines. You will not be allowed to add classes or enter additional shows after September 29th. This includes the BRED AND OWNED SHOWS. At the show, any entries not found in the system will ONLY be added if the exhibitor can produce a Showorks receipt and this must be approved by the ASF Livestock Director. Substitutions are NOT allowed in any Market Shows. Substitutions in Breeding shows must be done via the substitution form in LOB3 by check-in for that show. Showmanship sign-ups will be done during designated Check-Ins or weight card submission time slots   Replacement 840 Tags If your animal lost its 840 tag, you must submit the new information via the form located at arkansasstatefair.com/livestock
